Harvest festival offerings for West Auckland foodbank
Each year St Francis church members bring produce and groceries in the "Harvest Festival" tradition. These offerings are then given to the food bank of the Waitakere Community Outreach, coordinated by Victor Davies. Â
History of St Francis Church
An Anglican parochial district was established in New Lynn during 1927, which covered New Lynn, Glen Eden, Titirangi, Laingholm, and Huia.
